Instructor Evaluations

Get Official and Move Up!

Congratulations! Now that you have committed to your evaluation, you are actively pursuing growth as a willPower fitness professional. 

The evaluation process enables your progression to Official Instructor, and upward mobility within the willPower organization. Your eval is due 90 days from your Phase I training date. We suggest that you teach approximately 15 classes prior to your Phase I evaluation, so that you know the exercises and sequencing and you feel comfortable with your cues.  

Your first step is to purchase your Evaluation package, to get prepared. You'll receive a PDF download containing everything you'll need to know in order to be successful. Then, you'll videotape your class, and mail it to a willPower Development Coach.  Don't get hung up on perfection! Just teach a great class, get it on videotape, and submit it for review. If you follow your Educational DVD Sample Class, you'll ace your evaluation! Download our free Video to DVD Guide, which will help you through every step.

Our Coach will watch your 1-hour video, write up a comprehensive evaluation indicating your strengths and areas for growth (we cover over 50 areas).  You'll also schedule a one-hour phone consultation with your Coach, to discuss your score and to set goals for your  future success.

  Once Official, you'll receive your willPower Phase I Certificate of Completion and access to wIN: willPower Instructor Network. We will also post your name on our website, and list your club in our class locator.

Once you have completed your Phase II Training, it's time to move up and become a Level 2 Instructor. The Phase II Eval is more comprehensive, requiring that you know willPower exercises very well. You should be able to demonstrate willPower philosophy comfortably and and teach barefoot training methods proficiently. We will look for advanced coaching, and we want to see your individual coaching signatures shine.  (Phase II, willPower infusion® and willPower ATHLETIX® Eval packages are available for purchase only in wIN).
