We are a synthesis of barefoot physical training, emotion and integrity.
The willPower Method® has been educating fitness professionals and training consumers for over a decade. Our varied programs adhere to the following guidelines for smart, safe and effective training.
- Multi Level: We challenge athletes and nurture newcomers. We work with students of all abilities, shapes and sizes.
- Functional Movement: We train bodies to be better humans; able to manage the demands and activities of daily living. We believe a functional body is a fit body - for a lifetime. Our pre-designed progressions consist of 58 main exercises. Repetition produces results; it's our job to help you reach success.
- Foot Fitness: Your feet are your base of support and your connection to the earth. We believe that a functional body must begin with functional feet. We will teach you to develop strong, flexible and injury-free feet. Our clients train, literally, from head to toe; without shoes. We'll teach you how to land on your feet, without a sound.
- Positive Philosophy: It's a tough world - and no one likes to be disparaged. Our trainers are taught to guide their clients with positive, and affirming cueing, uplifting philosophy and genuine motivation. As a result, our trainers are happier, and as they naturally and authentically talk the walk, so will you.
- Sensory Integration: Your most primitive senses feed your central nervous system. In a world of OVER stimulation, we have developed a methodology to isolate and enhance these senses through movement so that your exercise becomes therapy. Your senses affect your emotions, and as we begin to fine tune and correct your imbalances, you will become emotionally connected to your workout in a way that you have never felt before.
Much more than a workout, we are a Method. However, willPower must be experienced to be fully understood.
